The 5 branches of chinese medicine

Chinese medicine is composed of five branches, or five treatment modalities. Each of these modalities are united by the theory of Chinese medicine, which is based on the concept of free flow of energy (Qi) in the body.
When energy no longer circulates freely, a blockage sets in and symptoms appear. By different methods, the practitioner seeks to restore a fluid flow of Qi.

At the clinic, we now offer Tuina (Chinese massage), as well as classical japanese herbalism.
